We want you to have a seamless experience with Zyncruit. As a digital AI-powered resume and job matching platform, we offer transparent refund terms that balance fairness, platform integrity, and payment processor requirements.

Eligibility for Refunds

Zyncruit offers refunds within 10 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:

No Usage:

You must not have used any core features such as:

  • • Resume scoring
  • • Job matching
  • • Credence scoring
  • • GPT-based resume feedback or rewriting

Digital Product Clause:

Zyncruit is a digital subscription platform. Once you use our AI models, you gain access to intangible computing services that cannot be "returned." As such, refunds are only issued if no meaningful usage has occurred.

Plan Type:

  • • Applicable only to Premium Monthly or Annual subscriptions
  • • Not valid for free trial users or usage-limited plans

Trial Policy

Zyncruit offers a free limited trial (e.g. 3 resume scores) for new users. We highly recommend exploring the platform before purchasing a paid plan.

Return/Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. 1. Email us at support@zyncruit.com
  2. 2. Include:
    • • Your Order Number
    • • Purchase date
    • • Reason for the refund request
  3. 3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days

Refund decisions are made at our discretion, based on usage logs and eligibility criteria.

Refund Timelines

  • • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your payment provider
  • • Any applicable currency conversion or banking fees are not covered by Zyncruit

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • • Any resume/job matching or GPT-based features were used
  • • Abuse of free trials or coupon stacking
  • • Subscriptions cancelled after the 10-day refund window
  • • Failed AI suggestions (recommendations are not guarantees)
  • • Refunds requested for non-Zyncruit payment platforms (e.g. App Store or third-party resellers)

Enterprise & Custom Plan Refunds

Refunds for Enterprise or Custom-Billed accounts are governed by their specific service agreements or SLAs. Please contact your account manager or email us directly.
